About Calorie Deficit Plans
Calorie Deficit Plans exists for one reason: to make losing weight simpler. Not dramatic, not complicated, and not dependent on expensive products or hard-to-find ingredients. Just straightforward weekly menus where every meal has a real portion and an approximate calorie count.
Every plan on this site answers the same practical questions. What do I eat for breakfast? How much is a portion of rice, really? What do I buy at the store? What do I do when I get hungry? If a page does not answer those questions, it does not belong here.

Who writes this
The Calorie Plans Team — evidence-based nutrition writers. We read the published research, follow mainstream dietary guidance, and translate it into meals people actually cook. We are writers, not clinicians, and we do not claim clinical credentials.
Our editorial standard
Calories and macros are estimated from standard food composition data and common household portions. We label every value as approximate, we avoid exaggerated claims, and we say plainly when a topic needs a doctor or dietitian instead of a web page.
How we build plans
Each plan starts from a daily calorie target and divides it the same way: about 25% at breakfast, 35% at lunch, 30% at dinner and 10% across two snacks. Then we fill those slots with ordinary, affordable food and measure the portions.
What we do not do
We do not sell supplements, coaching or meal-delivery subscriptions. We do not publish extreme crash diets or promise a specific amount of weight loss. We do not pretend that nutrition labels are exact to the calorie — they are not, and neither are our estimates.
